This interface is the best investment I've ever made in my studio I think, it just keeps getting better And the latency is low enough that things felt "hardware snappy". So now I have 16 audio channels fed digitally from the mpc to inputs 33-47 in logic, with the option to process them using awesome sounding metric halo plugins running on the interface dsp before arriving in logic. The MH supports multiple computers connected at once and with the mac hooked up via MHLink (ethernet) I can connect the mpc to MH over usb and have it pipe as many channels as I want (have set to 16 but can go to 128!) directly into the MH mixer app on the computer, where I can pass on the channels I want to Host inputs (i.e. Today I discovered something pretty amazing with the mpc and metric halo interface. And it's just that thing you want to tweak.Īnd that I don't get, or I'm missing something because I have not looked hard enough.Įither way, have had a lot of fun with it doing Synth Wave/melodic trance type of dnb You could just use one of the init presets, but I'm always in favor of time savers and efficiency in work flow, so then you'd have to tweak everything else back to where you wanted to be, when you already had things close but there's hidden settings you can't change. And then this varies between different sounds for some reasons, so it's not all that appear to have features you can't tweak. So you can swap the other osc, but you're stuck with the first.
